  • Each Administrative Agent shall act solely in accordance with the instructions of the Managing Facility Agent (including pursuant to Sections 11.10, 11.11 and 11.12) which in the case of the Old Administrative Agent shall be deemed to include any action taken by the Managing Facility Agent pursuant to a power of attorney granted by the Old Administrative Agent in favor of the Managing Facility Agent.
