OHWM definition

Examples of OHWM in a sentence

  • Fill will come from an area outside the OHWM of any watercourses and will be free of any contaminants or pollutants.

  • The location of that line relative to the OHWM varies between 400 to 700 feet landward, and no private structural development has occurred—or under current law can occur—in that portion of the city’s shoreline jurisdiction from the OHWM two hundred feet (200’) landward.
