Official Records means the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, California.
Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.
Official Seal means the original(s) of the VA seal showing the exact form, content, and colors thereof.

Official capacity means (i) when used with respect to a Director, the office of Director of the Company, and (ii) when used with respect to a person other than a Director, the elective or appointive office of the Company held by such person or the employment or agency relationship undertaken by such person on behalf of the Company, but in each case does not include service for any other foreign or domestic corporation or any partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise.
Official record means the record prepared and maintained by the department for each offender and juvenile received into the physical care and custody of the department. The record shall include, but is not limited to, written, printed, or electronic materials, documents, or data pertaining to services, programs, and all other official actions performed on behalf of that offender or juvenile. These records are identified by the same offender or juvenile name as received on the commitment order, assigned a department number as an identifier, and compiled and maintained as part of an
Official Statement means the Official Statement for the Bonds, as described in Section 17 hereof.
Official Image means an electronic image of an Eligible Bill, either created in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or that otherwise complies with the requirements to permit negotiation and clearing of that Eligible Bill in accordance with the by-laws, standards, or Rules of the Canadian Payments Association.

Facial cleaner or soap means a cleaner or soap designed primarily to clean the face. “Facial Cleaner or Soap” includes, but is not limited to, facial cleansing creams, semisolids, liquids, lotions, and substrate-impregnated forms. “Facial Cleaner or Soap” does not include prescription drug products, “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Astringent/Toner,” “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Medicated Astringent/Medicated Toner,” or “Rubbing Alcohol.”
