Offering Period End Date definition

Offering Period End Date means the last Trading Day of an Offering Period.
Offering Period End Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a).

  • Any amounts remaining credited to the Participant’s Account on the Offering Period End Date shall be returned to such Participant in one lump sum in cash as soon as reasonably practicable after the Offering Period End Date.

In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.
