OFC Regulatory Reports definition

OFC Regulatory Reports means the Call Reports of Oritani Savings Bank and accompanying schedules, as filed with the FDIC, for each calendar quarter beginning with the quarter ended March 31, 2007, through the Closing Date, and all Reports filed with the OTS by OFC from March 31, 2007, through the Closing Date.

Regulatory Materials also include presentations, responses, and applications for Regulatory Approvals.

  • securities regulatory authority or “SRA” means a body created by statute in any Canadian or foreign jurisdiction to administer securities law, regulation and policy (e.g. securities commission), but does not include an exchange or other self regulatory entity;
