PAT means a document or product accessibility template, including any Information Technology Industry Council Voluntary Product Accessibility Template or VPAT®, that specifies how information and software products, such as websites, applications, software and associated content, conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
McDaniel means McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd.
Embalmer means any person engaged in the practice of embalming.
BEO means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

COO means Chief Operating Officer;
Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
Nematode means invertebrate animals of the phylum nemathelminthes, and class nematoda, i.e., unsegmented round worms with elongated, fusiform, or saclike bodies covered with cuticle, and inhabiting soil, water, plants, or plant parts, may also be called nemas or eelworms.
SANAS means the South African National Accreditation System;
You/Your means the person who owns or leases the Covered Equipment and any person to whom the Policy is transferred pursuant to clause 11.
CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;
Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
traveller means any person designated on a Travel Authorization, or such other request as may be approved by UNDP or its Associated Agencies, and any other traveller who may be authorized to travel at the expense of UNDP or an Associated Agency.NOW THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
Sadomasochistic abuse means actual or explicitly simulated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed.

Salmon means Pacific Salmon of the species Oncorhynchus nerka including sockeye; Oncorhynchus kisutch including coho; Oncorhynchus gorbuscha including pink; Oncorhynchus keta including chum; and Oncorhynchus tshawytcha including chinook; anadromous whitefish and cisco (Coregonidae spp.); and anadromous Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus).
CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
