Observation Datet-1 definition

Observation Datet-1 means, in respect of any Observation Datet, the Observation Date immediately preceding such Observation Datet.

  • Intraday Restrike Event means in respect of an Observation Date(t):(1) provided no Intraday Restrike Event has previously occurred on such Observation Date (t), the decrease at any Calculation Time of the Underlying Stock price by 15% or more compared with the relevant Underlying Stock Price ISIR(O) as of such Calculation Time.

  • In relation to Observation Date(t = 1), Observation Date(t-1) means 6 January 2012 which shall also be a Valuation Date for the purposes of the Conditions and shall also be subject to adjustment in accordance with item 25 of Part A above and Condition 19 of the General Conditions.

  • In relation to Observation Date(t=1), Observation Date(t-2) means 6 July 2011 and, in relation to Observation Date(t=2), Observation Date(t-2) means 6 January 2012 and each such date shall also be a Valuation Date for the purposes of the Conditions and shall also be subject to adjustment in accordance with item 25 of Part A above and Condition 19 of the General Conditions.

  • Selected Underlying Closing Level(t-1) means, in respect of an Observation Date(t) and a Selected Underlying(i): (i) in respect of a Selected Underlying(i) which is not the FX Rate, the Underlying Closing Level for such Selected Underlying(i) on the related Observation Date(t-1); and (ii) in respect of a Selected Underlying(i) which is the FX Rate, the reciprocal of the Underlying Closing Level for such Selected Underlying(i) on the related Observation Date(t-1).

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Observation Date (k means the "Observation Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If an Observation Date (k) is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Observation Date (k). The respective Early Payment Date (k) will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Period, the period from and including the date falling "p" Business Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period and ending on, but excluding, the date which is "p" Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period (or the date falling "p" Business Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Notes become due and payable);

  • Final Observation Date means the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Observation Date. The Final Payment Date will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation means a method of collecting data on the performance of a teacher's assigned duties and responsibilities. An observation for the purpose of evaluation will be included in the determination of the annual summative evaluation rating and shall be conducted by an individual employed in the school district in a supervisory role and capacity and possessing a school administrator, Principal, or supervisor endorsement as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:9-2.1.

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Period End Date The 15th day of each calendar month, with Adjustment. Fixed Rate: [ ]%. Fixed Rate Day Count Fraction: 30/360. Floating Amounts: Floating Rate Payer: [ ]. Floating Rate Payer Payment Dates: The 15th day of each calendar month commencing on [ ], subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention.

  • Evaluation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(s).

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Initial compliance period means the first full three-year compliance period which begins at least 18 months after promulgation, except for the following contaminants: Dichloromethane; 1,2,4-Trichlorobenzene; 1,1,2- Trichloroethane; Benzo[a]pyrene; Dalapon; Di(2-ethylhexyl adipate; Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate; Dinoseb; Diquat; Endothall; Endrin; Glyphosate; Hexachlorobenzene; Hexachlorocyclopentadiene; Oxamyl (Vydate); Picloram; Simazine; 2,3,7,8-TCDD (Dioxin); Antimony; Beryllium; Cyanide; Nickel; and Thallium, initial compliance period means the first full three-year compliance period after promulgation for systems with 150 or more service connections (January 1993 -December 1995) and first full three-year compliance period after the effective date of regulation (January 1996 - December 1998) for systems having fewer than 150 service connections.

  • Assessment Period means such period as is prescribed in sections 19 to 21 over which income falls to be calculated;

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Announced observation means an observation in which the person conducting an observation for the purpose of evaluation will notify the teacher of the date and the class period the observation will be conducted.

  • Settlement Period has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(d)(i) hereof.

  • Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..

  • ii) Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Development Period Security shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a) hereof.

  • LCT Test Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.12(b).

  • Testing Date means 31 December of each year.
