o appropriate means to vest a beneficial interest (subject to the provisions of these presents) in any specific Stock in an Eligible Employee pursuant to The Ownership Plan and the expression "appropriation" shall be construed accordingly;
Appropriate means the treatment's timing and setting are proper and cost effective. Medical treatments which are not proven, effective and appropriate are not covered by the Plan.
