NYSE Business Day definition

NYSE Business Day means any day during the Term that is a trading day for the NYSE other than a day on which trading on the NYSE is scheduled to close prior to its regular weekday closing time, and (iii) “NYSE” means the New York Stock Exchange.

  • CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.
