Notice of Exchange definition

Notice of Exchange means the Notice of Exchange substantially in the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement.

Notice of Exchange means the Notice of Exercise of Exchange Right substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto. Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(ii) hereof.

Notice of Exchange shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(b).

Examples of Notice of Exchange in a sentence

• The Warrant Exchange shall take place on the date specified in the Notice of Exchange or, if later, the date the Notice of Exchange is received by the Company (the "Exchange Date").

• The undersigned hereby makes the representations and warranties contained in Section 3.3 of the Exchange Rights Agreement as if such representations and warranties had been set forth in full in this Notice of Exchange.

More Definitions of Notice of Exchange

Notice of Exchange means the Notice of Exchange substantially in the form of Exhibit D to this Agreement.
