Notes of Protected Materials definition

Notes of Protected Materials means memoranda, handwritten notes, or any other form of information (including electronic form) which copies or discloses materials described in Paragraph 3(a)(1). Notes of Protected Materials are subject to the same restrictions as other Protected Materials, except as specifically provided in this Protective Agreement.

  • Regulated Materials means any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, substance or material, the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.

  • Restricted materials means pesticides established as restricted materials under Title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6400.

  • Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.

  • Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media.

  • School of cosmetology means an establishment operated for the purpose of teaching cosmetology.

  • Marine protected area means a geographically defined marine area that is designated and managed to achieve specific [long-term biodiversity] conservation and sustainable use objectives [and that affords higher protection than the surrounding areas].

  • Prohibited Materials means materials, goods or equipment which incorporates substances which are generally known at the time of specification to be deleterious to health and safety or the durability or integrity of the completed Development or any part of it in the particular circumstances in which they are to be used and/or which by their nature or application contravene any British Standards or Codes of Practice or European Union equivalent current at the date of specification or use;

  • Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI) means Protected Health Information that is transmitted by electronic media or maintained in any medium described in the definition of electronic media at 45 CFR 160.103.

  • State Materials means all materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content and technology, in any form or media, directly or indirectly provided or made available to Contractor by or on behalf of the State in connection with this Contract.

  • waste disposal facility means an individual or entity that has been issued a medical marijuana waste disposal facility license by the Department to dispose of medical marijuana waste as authorized in Oklahoma law and these Rules.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Waste Disposal Site means a Waste Disposal Site which is not a Hauled Sewage Disposal Site, a Sewage Works or a Waste Stabilization Pond; and

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Wellhead protection area means the surface and subsurface area surrounding a water well or well field that supplies a public water system through which contaminants are reasonably likely to migrate toward the water well or well field.

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis. Stat. § 292.01.

  • Personal protective equipment means all equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards, including gloves, masks, face shields, foot and eye protection, protective hearing devices, respirators, hard hats, and disposable gowns and aprons.

  • Drug Free Workplace Act Party will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76. Lobbying: No federal funds under this agreement may be used to influence or attempt to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with the awarding of any federal contract, continuation, renewal, amendments other than federal appropriated funds.

  • Dangerous Substances means a substance or article described in regulation 3 of the Dangerous Substances Regulations;

  • Respiratory protective equipment means an apparatus, such as a respirator, used to reduce an individual's intake of airborne radioactive materials.

  • Cathodic protection means a technique designed to prevent the corrosion of a metal surface by making that surface the cathode of an electrochemical cell. For example, protection can be accomplished with an impressed current system or a galvanic anode system.
