NorthStar Common Stock definition

NorthStar Common Stock has the meaning assigned to such term in paragraph (C) of the Recitals.
NorthStar Common Stock means the $0.01 par value per share common stock of NorthStar.
NorthStar Common Stock shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.3(a)(i).
