NONCONFORMING SERVICE definition

NONCONFORMING SERVICE. A Service or Task that, as agreed by the Parties or otherwise determined by the Dispute Resolution Procedure, was or is Deficient.
NONCONFORMING SERVICE means such Service not conforming with the standards warranted by the Contractor in Clauses 6.1 and 6.2.
