Non-State Land definition

Non-State Land means any land, territorial sea, air space, or maritime areas over which the relevant State has jurisdiction or exercises sovereign rights in accordance with public international law in the Territory, and any right or privilege with respect thereto, of any kind or character, however arising, and however characterised, other than State Land.
