Air Space Clause Samples
Air Space. A public right of flight through the air space above the surface of the Premises and Preferential Use Premises. This public right of flight will include the right to cause or allow in said airspace, any noise inherent in the operation of any aircraft used for navigation or flight through said airspace or landing at, taking off from, or operation on the Airport. No liability on the part of Lessor will result from the exercise of this right.
Air Space. Landlord reserves --- and Tenant understands that the Premises does not include --- the land beneath or any space above a height of twelve (12) feet from the finish floor level of the Premises.
Air Space. Notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, the rights granted to Tenant under this Lease expressly exclude any right to use the air space outside the Premises (including the right to operate any aerial vehicle or drone), or the façade or other common areas of the Shopping Center for any virtual or augmented reality or similar technology; it being acknowledged that all such rights belong exclusively to Landlord.
Air Space. Subject to and in full compliance with the laws and/or other lawful directives of the competent (relevant) government authorities, all air space above each Venue during each Event shall be under the control and direction of ACEA. Competitors and their sponsors or other commercial partners or authorized agents shall not contest or use the air space for any purpose without the prior approval of the Commercial Commissioner.
Air Space. Consistent with Section 5.1.4, Jurisdiction and Authority in the Area of Social Programs, Services and Healing Processes including those having to do with Social Issues arising from the Legacy of the Indian Residential Schools.
Air Space. The air space over and the ground below the Demised Premises.
