Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer definition

Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer means the applicable "master servicer" under the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • The Master Servicer shall make reasonable efforts, consistent with the Servicing Standard, to obtain such reports from the applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer or the applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Special Servicer.

  • The applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer is obligated to make Servicing Advances pursuant to the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, and the Master Servicer shall have no obligation or authority to make Servicing Advances with respect to such Mortgage Loan.

  • Any party that makes a P&I Advance with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan shall provide to the applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer monthly, at least two (2) Business Days prior to the next succeeding Due Date for such Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, written notice of whether (and, if any, how much) Advance Interest will be payable on the interest component of that P&I Advance through the next succeeding related Master Servicer Remittance Date.

  • Any party that makes a P&I Advance with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan shall provide to the applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer monthly, at least two Business Days prior to the next succeeding Due Date for such Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, written notice of whether (and, if any, how much) Advance Interest will be payable on the interest component of that P&I Advance through the next succeeding related Master Servicer Remittance Date.

  • The applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer is obligated to make “Servicing Advances” as defined in, and pursuant to, the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, and the Master Servicer shall have no obligation or authority to make Servicing Advances with respect to such Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • With respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall, promptly following the Closing Date, request that the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer deliver to the Master Servicer prompt notice of any Appraisal Reduction in respect of such Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • The applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer is obligated to make Servicing Advances pursuant to the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, and the Master Servicer shall not have any obligation to make Servicing Advances with respect to such Mortgage Loan.

  • The applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer is obligated to make “Servicing Advances” as defined in, and pursuant to, the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, and 158 the Master Servicer shall have no obligation or authority to make Servicing Advances with respect to such Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer is obligated to make “servicing advances” pursuant to the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan and the Master Servicer shall have no obligation or authority to make Servicing Advances with respect to such Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • The applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer is obligated to make Servicing Advances pursuant to the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, and the applicable Master Servicer shall not have any obligation to make Servicing Advances with respect to such Mortgage Loan.

Related to Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Master Servicer

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust but serviced under another agreement. There are no Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans in the Trust.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is not subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan A Serviced Mortgage Loan that is not, and is not part of, a Specially Serviced Loan or REO Loan.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • Other Servicer Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans, if any, identified in Exhibit F-2 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, which Mortgage Loan is serviced under an Other Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Countrywide Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans, the Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2001, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and Countrywide, as seller and as servicer (as successor to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. by an assignment dated January 1, 2001, as the same may be amended or supplemented), as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.

  • Retained Mortgage Loan File A file for each Mortgage Loan maintained by the Servicer prior to any Document Transfer Date and by the Custodian after any Document Transfer Date that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and any additional documents required to be added to the Retained Mortgage Loan File pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • MERS Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan registered with MERS on the MERS System.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Note A-2 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Note A-3 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-3 PSA.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Registered mortgage loan originator means any individual who:

  • Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).

  • Covered Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is covered by a PMI Policy.

  • Special Servicer means the special servicer appointed to act in such capacity with respect to the Mortgage Loan as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
