Non-Affiliated Director definition

Non-Affiliated Director means a director or trustee of a Fund or a Company, who is otherwise not an affiliated person of a Fund or a Company.
Non-Affiliated Director means a director or trustee that is not an affiliated person of the Companies.
Non-Affiliated Director means any Director who is neither a DT Affiliated Director nor a SoftBank Affiliated Director.
