Non-Affiliated Director definition

Non-Affiliated Director means a director or trustee of a Fund or a Company, who is otherwise not an affiliated person of a Fund or a Company.

Non-Affiliated Director means a director or trustee that is not an affiliated person of the Companies.

Non-Affiliated Director means any person who, in the judgment of an Independent Board Majority, is Non-Affiliated (as defined in Paragraph B.6 of this Section 4 of Article IV) at the time of his or her election or appointment for such term.
