Nominated Charges Bank Account definition

Nominated Charges Bank Account means the ANZ bank account(s) to which charges payable by you under the Merchant Agreement may be debited.
Nominated Charges Bank Account means the bank account(s) to which charges payable by you under the Agreement may be debited.
