Derivative Product means a written contract or agreement between the Authority and a Reciprocal Payor, which provides that the Authority’s obligations thereunder will be conditioned on the absence of (a) a failure by the Reciprocal Payor to make any payment required thereunder when due and payable, or (b) a default thereunder with respect to the financial status of the Reciprocal Payor; and:
Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.
House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.
Investment product means a financial instrument (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) of MiFID II) or a structured deposit (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(43) of MiFID II).
Original Product means the product from which You are upgrading. You are authorized to use the Software only if You are the authorized user of the Original Product and You may use the Software to replace Your licensed unit count of the Original Product on a one-for-one basis, not exceeding the authorized licensed unit count for the Original Software. This Agreement shall replace and govern any license agreement for the surviving units of Original Product. This Agreement is specific to the Software (by product and version) that it accompanies, and You may not re-allocate Your Software licensed unit count to another product or version except under express written permission from Licensor. Maintenance and Support. Licensor has no obligation to provide support unless You purchase an offering that expressly includes support services. If You make such a purchase and no separate agreement specifically applies to the support services, then the terms of this Agreement will govern the provision of such support services (“Services”). Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
Alternative nicotine product means any vaping product, whether or not it includes nicotine, including electronic smoking devices, that can be ingested into the body by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, or by any other means. ‘Alternative nicotine product’ does not include:

Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.
Free product means a contaminant that is present as a non-aqueous phase liquid for chemicals whose melting point is less than 30° C (e.g., liquid not dissolved in water).
Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.
Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.
Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.
Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.
Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.
Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Combination Product means any product that comprises a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product sold in conjunction with another active component so as to be a combination product (whether packaged together or in the same therapeutic formulation).
Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
