NNI Policy definition

NNI Policy means Nangminiqaqtunik Ikajuuti which came into effect for the territory of Nunavut on April 1, 2000;
NNI Policy means the Nunavummi Nangminiqaqtunik Ikajuuti (in the Inuktitut language) meaning “assistance for Nunavut businesses” when translated into the English language;

  • For greater certainty, if the GN determines that a bidder should, or should not, receive a bid adjustment pursuant to the NNI Policy, it can adjust the evaluation of the bid accordingly.

  • Invoices from Nunavut Consultants (as defined by the CITY OF IQALUIT NNI Policy) will be paid twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of the invoice, or twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of the services, whichever is later.

  • A copy of the NNI Policy may be downloaded from the website http://nni.gov.nu.ca/policy.

  • Proponents can obtain information about the NNI Policy from the GN’s NNI Secretariat at 1 – 888 – 975 – 5999.

Related to NNI Policy

  • LPMI Policy A policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance issued by a LPMI Insurer pursuant to which the related premium is to be paid from payments of interest made by the Mortgagor.

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.
