NIATBI definition

NIATBI means the net income (after taxes and before Benefits ------ accrued for the fiscal year) of the Bank and its Affiliates, and shall be determined by the Committee in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, subject to the Committee's discretion to take into account or to disregard any financial events that are extraordinary in the opinion of the Committee.

Examples of NIATBI in a sentence
