New UST definition

New UST means an UST system that will be used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances and for which installation commenced on or after December 22, 1988 (see also "Existing Tank.")
New UST means each UST or UST system that Nassau County installs, brings into use, or discovers after August 1, 2019 that is located in Nassau County, including at any Facility listed in Appendices A or B.
New UST s" means any UST system that will be used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances for which installation commenced after December 22, 1988.

  • After September 20, 2018, existing UST systems shall comply with the registration requirements outlined in LAC 33:XI.301.C.B. New UST Systems.

  • Dip coating means the application of a coating material to a substrate by dipping the part into a tank of the coating material.

  • Falconry means the sport of taking quarry by means of a trained raptor.

  • Floor coating means an opaque coating that is labeled and designed for application to flooring, including but not limited to, decks, porches, steps, and other horizontal surfaces which may be subject to foot traffic.

  • Recycling Facility means equipment used by a trade or business solely for recycling:

  • Design torso angle means the angle measures between a vertical line through the "R" point and the torso line in a position which corresponds to the design position of the seat-back established by the vehicle manufacturer;

  • Shopping cart means those push carts of the type or types which are commonly provided by grocery stores, drug stores or other retail mercantile establishments for the use of the public in transporting commodities in stores and markets and, incidentally, from the stores to a place outside the store.

  • Greywater means all liquid wastes from showers, baths, sinks, kitchens and domestic washing facilities, but does not include toilet wastes;

  • Sign face means the entire area of the surface of a sign including the border or frame together with any material forming an integral part of the background of the display or used to differentiate the sign from the backdrop or building against which it is erected. Where a sign is composed of individually installed letters, numerals or shapes, the sign face shall mean the area of the smallest polygon containing a maximum of eight (8) right angle sides that enclose the groupings of letters, numerals or shapes;

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.

  • Autocycle means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-3-102.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Asphalt means a dark brown to black cement-like material (solid, semisolid, or liquid in consistency) in which the predominating constituents are bitumens which occur in nature as such or which are obtained as residue in refining petroleum.

  • Flat coating means a coating that is not defined under any other definition in this section and that registers gloss less than 15 on an 85-degree meter or less than 5 on a 60-degree meter.

  • CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711–1715.

  • Departing Lender Signature Page means each signature page to this Agreement on which it is indicated that the Departing Lender executing the same shall cease to be a party to the Existing Credit Agreement on the Closing Date.

  • BBBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
