New Class A Common Stock definition

New Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock to be issued by Reorganized Tribune in connection with the implementation of, and as authorized by, this Plan, which shall have the powers, preferences and rights and be subject to the limitations, qualifications and restrictions, in each case as set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.

New Class A Common Stock means the shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.01 of the Company, as of the Effective Time, with such rights and preferences as set forth in the A&R Charter.
