New AAG Certificate of Incorporation definition

New AAG Certificate of Incorporation means the Certificate of Incorporation of AMR, as amended and restated in accordance with the Merger Agreement and as further amended in accordance with the Merger Agreement, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit “A” to the Merger Agreement and included in the Plan Supplement.
