Network TV. All "Network TV" credentials will permit free and unrestricted access to the facility and all associated areas including the pit area and media center at all times during any CART event. Individuals accredited by this CART Season Credential marked "Network TV" should receive access to the same areas as any Event credential issued by CART or the promoter to the television production crews.   • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Network means the Distributor's lines, substations and associated equipment used to convey electricity between:

  • Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.
