Network Standards definition

Network Standards means the Minimum Service Standards under the Utilities (Consumer Protection Code) Determination 2012, or any determination replacing that determination or if that determination is repealed and not replaced, ActewAGL Distribution's Minimum Standards for Network Operation adopted by ActewAGL in compliance with its licence requirements in the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales, in force from time to time; MJ means one megajoule and is equal to one million Joules;
Network Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section III.C of the Services Agreement.
Network Standards or "Technical Specifications" - means those specifications for digital telecommunications and analog video transmission services, as applicable respectively, to the Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇work and as set forth in Schedule B.

  • ActewAGL and the User must comply with their respective obligations under the Minimum Network Standards.

More Definitions of Network Standards

Network Standards mean and refer to all protocols, methods, codes, and standards applicable to the operation of wired or wireless networks, as applicable to the WCAS and/or Communications Services, including any that may in the future be adopted or amended. Network Standards shall include, but not be limited to, IEEE 802.1, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.11 (including sub-sections such as 802.11 a, b, g, n, etc.), IETF STD 005 and ANS1/TIA/EIA 568/569.
Network Standards means the “ANSI”, “CCITT”, “ISO” and generally accepted airline interconnection standards applicable to the Services and the specific standards identified on Attachment SD.

Related to Network Standards

  • PCI Standards means the applicable Data Security Standards published by the PCI Security Standards Council.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Specification.
