Net Syngas means synthesis gas as defined in Appendix II (Net Syngas contents).

Net Syngas means the volume of CO + H2 + CH4 SES Gasification system, measured on a dry basis. The scope of SES Gasification System means the scope from dry coal delivery point to the coal feed hoppers to the wet scrubber outlet.

Examples of Net Syngas in a sentence

  • In any event Hai Hua shall not in any of its synthesis gas usage plans require less than 19,000 Ncum/hour of Net Syngas.

  • Following the Plant’s Commercial Operation Date, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 22,000 Ncum/hour of Net Syngas which is the “Guaranteed Capacity”.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the discounts listed in this Appendix V shall only apply to the Capacity Fee for quantities above 22,000 Ncum of Net Syngas.

  • Hai Hua has since forecasted that its demand for Net Syngas from the Company is substantially below these levels, and Hai Hua understands that the Company’s Plant cannot operate optimally at below its designed capacity, including ensuring Compliant Gas production.

  • If the Company’s first phase is able to produce Net Syngas in excess of 22,000 Ncum an hour, then the Company shall offer to sell to Hai Hua all such excess synthesis gas, at the rates set out in Appendix V.

  • The design basis for the Plant (the “Design Basis Coal”) is outlined in Table III-1 below and is based on coal from the Tengnan coal field and an assumed Net Syngas output of 22,000 Ncum/hour.

  • The Monthly Capacity fee can also be expressed in RMB per Ncum of Net Syngas for purposes of calculating the Initial Synthesis Gas Price as set out in Section 6.2, as follows: The monthly Capacity Fee expressed in Table IV-1 divided by 22,000 Ncum of Net Syngas divided by 660 hours (7,920 hours in a Year after deducting 35 days for Planned Outages).

  • Licenced Capacity Means the total amount of Dry Net Syngas documented in the finalized Basis for Design of the PDP.

  • If the Plant can produce Net Syngas in excess of 22,000 Ncum an hour from its phase I equipment, then Hai Hua may request that the Company deliver additional synthesis gas quantities and the Company shall sell such additional synthesis gas to Hai Hua.

  • Gifts in kind represent services provided to the charity at no charge or goods donated for distribution or use by the charity.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Net Sales means [***].

  • Biogas means gaseous fuels produced from biomass;

  • Distillery manufacturing license means a license issued in accordance with

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.

  • Royalty-Bearing Product means (a) any Product that is not a Co-Developed Product and (b) any Co-Developed Product to the extent sold outside of the Co-Development Territory.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:
