Net Loan Rate Trigger Date definition

Net Loan Rate Trigger Date means, for a series of Series [ ] Notes, the first day of an Auction Period which immediately follows six consecutive Auction Dates for such series of the Series [ ] Notes where the Auction Rate established on each such Auction Date for such series exceeded a per annum rate equal to the sum of (a) the Ninety-One Day United States Treasury Bxxx Rate in effect as of each such Auction Date plus (b) [ ]%.
Net Loan Rate Trigger Date means the Monthly Allocation Date in a month which immediately follows three consecutive months for which either (a) the daily weighted average of the Auction Rates for all ARC Notes in effect during the month exceeded the sum of (i) the bond equivalent yield on the 91-day United States Treasury bills sold at the last auction prior to the 25th day of the month plus (ii) 1.0% per annum, or (b) Three-Month LIBOR as of the CP Determination Date equaled or exceeded the sum of (i) the CP Rate for the month plus (ii) 0.25% per annum.
Net Loan Rate Trigger Date means, with respect to a Subclass of the Auction Rate Notes, the first day of an Auction Period which immediately follows six consecutive Auction Dates for such Subclass of the Auction Rate Notes where the Auction Rate established on each such Auction Date for such Subclass exceeded the Net Loan Rate.

Net Loan Rate Trigger Date means, for a class of Series 2007-1 Auction Rate Notes, the first day of an Auction Period which immediately follows six consecutive Auction Dates for such class of the Series 2007-1 Auction Rate Notes where either: (i) the Auction Rate established on each such Auction Date was equal to or greater than a per annum rate equal to the sum of the Ninety-One Day United States Treasury Xxxx Rate in effect as of each such Auction Date in effect as of each Auction Date, plus 0.95%; or (ii) the most recently available Three-Month LIBOR rate, as of the CP Determination Date in the month for which such calculation is being made, was equal to or greater than the sum of the CP Rate for the applicable month plus 0.25%.
Net Loan Rate Trigger Date means, for the Auction Rate Notes, the first day of an Auction Period which immediately follows six consecutive Auction Dates for the Auction Rate Notes where (a) the Auction Rate established on each such Auction Date exceeded a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the Ninety-One Day United States Treasury Xxxx Rate in effect as of each such Auction Date plus (ii) 1.0% or (b) One-Month LIBOR exceeded the Ninety-Day Commercial Paper Rate by more than 0.30%.
Net Loan Rate Trigger Date means, for a class of Auction Rate Notes, the 25th day of a month which immediately follows three consecutive months for which either (a) the daily weighted average of the Auction Rates for the class of Auction Rate Notes exceeded a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the bond equivalent yield of the 91-day United States Treasury Bills sold at the last auction prior to the 25th day of the month for which such calculation is being made plus (ii) 1.0%; or (b) the most recently available Three-Month LIBOR as of the Reset Date for the CP Rate in the month for which such calculation is being made is equal to or greater than the sum of (i) the CP Rate for the applicable month plus (ii) 0.25%.
