Net Cash Change definition

Net Cash Change means an amount equal to (a) the Indebtedness of the Company or the Entities incurred during the Post Effective Period less (b) any amounts expended by the Company or the Entities during the Post Effective Period (i) to terminate Xxxxxx of the Company, (ii) on capital expenditures on the projects set forth on Schedule 1.1(b) and (iii) on interest accruing on Indebtedness of the Company.

  • Net Working Capital Adjustment Amount means an amount (which may be a positive or negative number) equal to (a) the Closing Date Net Working Capital minus (b) the Target Net Working Capital.
