Namu Contract Price definition

Namu Contract Price means the purchase price payable by the Namu Borrower to the Seller for the Namu Ship under the Namu Contract, being Fifty nine million Dollars ($59,000,000) or such other sum as is determined under the terms of the Namu Contract to be the purchase price of the Namu Ship thereunder;

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.

  • The Contract Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Contract Purchase Price means the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase, development, construction or improvement of a Property or the amount of funds advanced with respect to a Mortgage, or the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase of other Assets, in each case exclusive of Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses, but in each case including any indebtedness assumed or incurred in respect of such Property.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.

  • Minimum Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04.

  • Installment sale contract or "contract" means an agreement for the retail sale of a motor vehicle, or that has a similar purpose or effect, under which part or all of the price is payable in 2 or more scheduled payments subsequent to the making of the agreement or under which the obligor undertakes to make 2 or more scheduled payments or deposits that can be used to pay part or all of the purchase price, whether or not the seller has retained a security interest in the motor vehicle or has taken collateral security for the buyer's obligation, and any extension, deferment, renewal, or other revision of that agreement.   • Final Price means (a) in the case of any Terminated Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 4, and (b) in the case of any Repaid Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 5, and

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Contract Cost means the Contract Sum plus Price Variation. This cost shall be included in the letter of acceptance.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;
