MVS Software definition

MVS Software means the MVS Server Software and the MVS CALs made available by RIM pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The security framework in the 3M MVS Software contains a set of cryptography classes that encrypt data.

  • For the purposes of ensuring your compliance with (a) - (d) above, and on the basis that the information provided will not be used for any other purpose, you will provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro with a monthly report outlining MVS Software licensed and the Installation Services made available by you to End Users outside of the Territory (but within the MVS Territory) in the preceding calendar month and detailing such quantities of MVS Software and the Installation Services.

  • End Users have acknowledged and are aware that the MVS Software is not compatible and a call cannot be made with the MVS Software when any additional dialing code including without limitation any type of authorization or billing prefix or suffix are used or such other codes as RIM may advise from time to time.

  • These facts may include: (a) the dates of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ employment by MVS Software, Inc., Goal Systems International, Inc., Legent Corporation, and Neon Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and (b) the nature of the work ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ did for MVS Software, Inc., Goal Systems International, Inc.

  • You agree not to use, promote or distribute or make available for use, promotion or distribution, the MVS Software on any third party handhelds unless authorised by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro or by RIM.

  • You shall ensure that End Users are aware that access to a Network Infrastructure and Airtime Services are required for the MVS Software and that End Users shall be responsible for obtaining any applicable licenses and certifications that may be required.

  • HOWEVER, nothing shall prevent you from: (1) passively licensing MVS Software and/or making available Installation Services in the MVS Territory, which shall include, without limitation, responding to unsolicited requests from customers who are outside of your Territory on the condition that such Territory is a MVS Territory within the EEA.

  • You shall ensure that End Users are made aware that Third Party Applications, Third Party Equipment and Airtime Services are required for use with the MVS Software.

  • You acknowledge and accept that the MVS Software requires Third Party Equipment, Third Party Applications and Airtime Services in order to operate as intended.

Related to MVS Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
