Multinational Accounts definition

Multinational Accounts means (i) those Designated Subscribers listed under "(A) Multinational Accounts" on Exhibit C hereto, and (ii) any other NTP Subscriber who may become a "Multinational Account" as provided in Section 2.1.3 above.
Multinational Accounts means those Excluded Subscribers listed under "(A) Multinational Accounts" on Exhibit B hereto.

  • non-UK country means a country that is not the United Kingdom;

  • COVID-19 Pandemic means the SARS-Cov2 or COVID-19 pandemic, including any future resurgence or evolutions or mutations thereof and/or any related or associated disease outbreaks, epidemics and/or pandemics.

  • Nonprofit organization means a university or other institution of higher education or an organization of the type described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. 501(c) and exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code (25 U.S.C. 501(a)) or any nonprofit scientific or educational organization qualified under a state nonprofit organization statute.

  • Nuclear medicine technologist means an individual who holds a current certification with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.

  • Quasi-Sovereign means an entity 100% guaranteed by a Sovereign or more than 50% directly or indirectly owned by a Sovereign. *

  • Municipal Law Enforcement Officer means a person appointed under the authority of the Police Services Act for the purpose of enforcing City by-laws.

  • National origin means the place of birth of an individual or of any of the individual’s lineal ancestors.

  • Federal agency means any department, agency, or other instrumentality of the Federal Government, any independent agency or establishment of the Federal Government including any Government corporation, and the Government Printing Office.

  • Federal banking agencies means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision, the National Credit Union Administration, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

  • Nation means the Oneida Nation.

  • Law enforcement agency means an agency of the state, or of a county, municipality, or other political subdivision of the state, that employs peace officers who make traffic stops in the routine performance of the officers' official duties.
