Motor fuel dispenser definition

Motor fuel dispenser means a device that measures and transfers liquid fuel via pressure or suction from an underground storage tank system into a motor vehicle or container. The term “motor fuel dispenser” does not include the equipment necessary to connect a dispenser to an underground storage tank system.
