Monitoring Trustee Functions definition

Monitoring Trustee Functions means the functions set out in section 10 above; “Murdoch Family” means Rupert Murdoch, Lachlan Murdoch and James Murdoch;

  • Subservicer means any Person that services Receivables on behalf of the Servicer or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Servicer under this Agreement that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

  • Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in June of each year, commencing in 2017.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Governmental function means an activity that is expressly or impliedly mandated or authorized by constitution, statute, local charter or ordinance, or other law.   • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).

  • Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.
