Miscellaneous Interest definition

Miscellaneous Interest means any Interest in the Debtor that is not Preferred Stock, Common Stock, or an Outstanding Warrant Interest, including but not limited to Stock Options, the Restricted Stock Grants and any Claim subordinated under Section 510(c) of the Code or principles of equitable subordination, or otherwise.
Miscellaneous Interest means any other interest which the office holder or others may reasonably consider to be relevant to the decisions of the Mayor or the proceedings of the Assembly.
