Mezzanine Account definition

Mezzanine Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.
Mezzanine Account means the First Mezzanine Account, Second Mezzanine Account, Third Mezzanine Account, and/or Fourth Mezzanine Account, or all such accounts collectively, as the context may require.
Mezzanine Account means, as applicable, (a) with respect to the Original Mezzanine Loan, the Original Mezzanine Account and (b) with respect to the Approved Mezzanine Loan, from and after the Approved Mezzanine Closing Date, the Approved Mezzanine Account.

  • Any cost and expenses due and payable to Mezzanine Lender may be paid from any amounts in the Mezzanine Account.
