Mesa Warrant definition

Mesa Warrant means that certain warrant exercisable into up to 1,171,649 shares of Company Common Shares, issued to Mesa Air Group, Inc. on February 26, 2021.

  • Certificated Warrant means a Warrant evidenced by a writing or writings substantially in the form of Schedule “A”, attached hereto;
