Participating Member State means any member state of the European Union that has the Euro as its lawful currency in accordance with legislation of the European Union relating to Economic and Monetary Union.
Sponsors means (1) one or more investment funds controlled by Apollo Management, L.P. and its Affiliates (collectively, the “Apollo Sponsors”) and (2) any Person that forms a group (within the meaning of Section 13(d)(3) or Section 14(d)(2) of the Exchange Act, or any successor provision) with any Apollo Sponsors, provided that any Apollo Sponsor (x) owns a majority of the voting power and (y) controls a majority of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Participating Member States means the member states of the European Communities that adopt or have adopted the euro as their lawful currency in accordance with the legislation of the European Union relating to European Monetary Union.
Member Company means a “service recipient” as defined in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(h)(3).
Participating member means an eligible employee who elects to participate in the defined contribution retirement plan established under this chapter.
Member bank means a national bank, state bank, or trust company which is a member of the United States federal reserve system.
Sponsor shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

Scheme Member means an Eligible Person who is included in the Scheme as per the Scheme rules as member of that Scheme.
of a Member means the salary corresponding in any given year to a full-time appointment at the member's rank and step, as set out for that year in Schedule A.
Relevant Member State means each Member State of the European Economic Area which has implemented the Prospectus Directive, except Luxembourg; and
Member States means the Kingdom of Belgium, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Estonia, Ireland, the Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, the Republic of Croatia, the Italian Republic, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Poland, the Portuguese Republic, Romania, the Republic of Slovenia, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden;
Member Country means the member of the Association in whose territory the Project is carried out or any such member’s political or administrative subdivisions. If such activity is carried out in the territory of more than one such member, “Member Country” refers separately to each such member.”
A Member means a companion, fellow, member, honorary member, associate or affiliate of the Society
