Member of the judge s family” means a spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, or other relative or person with whom the judge maintains a close familial relationship. See Rules 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, and 3.11.
The judge means the judge or the substitute judge of the juvenile and domestic relations district
Judiciary means United States Government.
Restorative justice means a system of justice which focuses on the rehabilitation of
Member of the Immediate Family means, with respect to any Person who is an individual, (a) each parent, spouse (but not including a former spouse or a spouse from whom such Person is legally separated) or child (including those adopted) of such individual and (b) each trustee, solely in his or her capacity as trustee, for a trust naming only one or more of the Persons listed in sub-clause (a) as beneficiaries.
adjudicating officer means the adjudicating officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 71;
Member of the University Community means students, faculty, or staff, or other persons affiliated with the University.
Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.
insolvency practitioner means any receiver, administrator or liquidator appointed in respect of the Tenant;
Member of the Board means an individual who is a member of the Board or of the board of directors of a Subsidiary or an Affiliate.
Member of the household means any person who resides with the public official.
Member of the immediate family of the producer means a person who is related to a producer described in Subsection 59-12-104(20)(a) as a:
Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:
Member of the minor s family" means the minor's parent, stepparent, spouse, grandparent, brother, sister, uncle, or aunt, whether of the whole or half blood or by adoption.
Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.
member of Her Majesty s forces posted overseas” means a person who is a member of the regular forces or the reserve forces (within the meaning of section 374 of the Armed Forces Act 2006), who is absent from the dwelling that the person normally occupies as his home because the person has been posted outside of Great Britain to perform the duties of a member of Her Majesty’s regular forces or reserve forces; and
ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;
Member of the Service means a person appointed in a substantive capacity under the provisions of these rules and orders/rules in force previous to the commencement of these rules, to a post in the cadre of the service.
Member of the clergy means a clergyman or practitioner of any religious denomination accredited by the religious body to which he or she belongs.
Member of the public means any individual except when that individual is receiving an occupational dose.
Members of the Immediate Family means with respect to any individual, each parent (whether by birth or adoption), spouse, or child or other descendants (whether by birth or adoption) of such individual, each spouse of any of the aforementioned Persons, each trust created solely for the benefit of such individual and/or one or more of the aforementioned Persons, and each legal representative of such individual or of any aforementioned Persons (including without limitation a tutor, curator, mandatary due to incapacity, custodian, guardian or testamentary executor), acting in such capacity under the authority of the law, an order from a competent tribunal, a will or a mandate in case of incapacity or similar instrument. For the purposes of this definition, a Person shall be considered the spouse of an individual if such Person is legally married to such individual, lives in a civil union with such individual or is the common law partner (as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) as amended from time to time) of such individual. A Person who was the spouse of an individual within the meaning of this paragraph immediately before the death of such individual shall continue to be considered a spouse of such individual after the death of such individual;
Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council responsible for local government in the Province;
Judicial officer means any justice or judge of a court of record or any county
Ex Officio Member means a non-voting, non-dues paying member of the Council that is not a party to this Agreement.
Adjudicative proceeding means the procedure to be followed in contested cases, as set forth in RSA 541-A:31 through RSA 541-A:36.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Board of Education of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
