Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan definition

Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan means a Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan as defined by Law.
Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan means an entity authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide prescription drug coverage to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries.
