Medallions definition

Medallions means the logos identified on Exhibit B. For avoidance of doubt, the Medallions do not include the Naked Palm Medallions.
Medallions means New York City, Boston, Cambridge, Chicago, Philadelphia and Newark taxicab medallions issued by the applicable Commission.

Examples of Medallions in a sentence

  • Each Color Scheme will be entitled to designate Key Personnel in accordance with the number of Medallions affiliated with that Color Scheme.

  • A Color Scheme with 41 to 60 Medallions may designate three people.

  • A Color Scheme with 61 to 80 Medallions may designate four people.

  • A Color Scheme with 201 to 300 Medallions may designate eight people.

  • Prescription means an order for drugs or medical supplies, written or signed or transmitted by word

  • Medication means any drug, chemical, compound, suspension, or preparation in suitable form for use as a curative or remedial substance taken either internally or externally by any person.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Plastic means material which contains as an essential ingredient a high polymer, such as polyethylene terephthalate, high density polyethylene, Vinyl, low density polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene resins, multi-materials like acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polyphenylene oxide, polycarbonate, polybutylene terephthalate ;

  • MSP means Managed Services Provider. OGS reserves the right to use a different name to describe the unit that fulfills the Contractual duties without undertaking a formal contract amendment. It will do so through the issuance of a purchasing memorandum. Such duties include, but are not limited to, making Contractors aware of Candidate placement opportunities, preliminary review of certain Candidate Response Forms, management of the centralized billing and payment function for Executive Agencies, monitoring M/WBE goal performance and conducting the annual evaluation of the Contractors.

  • Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.

  • Link means a situation in which two or more natural or legal persons are either linked by a direct or indirect holding in an undertaking which represents 10% or more of the capital or of the voting rights or which makes it possible to exercise a significant influence over the management of the undertaking in which that holding subsists.

  • CCCFA means the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.

  • Antipsychotic medications means that class of drugs

  • trader means the party identified as such in this Agreement;

  • Tourist means a person who travels from a place of residence to a different town, city, county, state, or country, for purposes of business, pleasure, recreation, education, arts, heritage, or culture.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Prescription drugs means drugs, medicine and controlled substances which by law can only be prescribed for human use by persons authorized by law.

  • OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.

  • SAMHSA means the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
