MazorX System definition

MazorX System means the Renaissance X surgical guidance system (also known as the MazorX system) as used for spinal applications as set forth in Exhibit A attached to and made a part of this Agreement, and shall include all improvements, updates, upgrades and enhancements thereto, and future generations thereof.

  • Xxxxx will prepare a report each month during the Lead Generation Period (a “Monthly Lead Generation Report”) detailing, with respect to such month (i) the date of each sale of a MazorX System, (ii) each customer to whom a MazorX System was sold, (iii) the Net Sales price of each MazorX System sold and (iv) the aggregate Net Sales resulting from Qualified Leads during the applicable month.

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • SCADA System means the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System which is composed of all telemetering and remote terminal units (“RTU”) at the Facility and associated with the Grid System or BPDB’s Control Center;
