Maturity Funds definition

Maturity Funds means cash proceeds held by any third party generated by or from the maturity of any Policy.
Maturity Funds means the Cash proceeds paid or payable by the life insurance company under the terms of any Policy that is or hereafter becomes a Matured Policy.
Maturity Funds means the Cash proceeds paid or payable, as the context requires, by the Insurer under the terms of any Policy that is or hereafter becomes a Matured Policy.
