Market Participant Energy Withdrawal means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Demand Bids, Decrement Bids, real-time load (net of Behind The Meter Generation expected to be operating, but not to be less than zero), internal bilateral transactions and Export Transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals. Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.
Potable water means water that is fit for human consumption;
Non-potable water means water not safe for drinking, personal, or culinary use as determined by the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604.
Evaporative emissions means the hydrocarbon vapours lost from the fuel system of a motor vehicle other than those from exhaust emissions;

Building Energy Benchmarking means the process of measuring a building’s Energy use, tracking that use over time, and comparing performance to similar buildings.
