Any right of the Tenant or anyone deriving title under the Tenant to claim compensation from the Landlord on leaving the Property under the LTA 1954 is excluded, except to the extent that the legislation prevents that right being excluded.
This Addendum and Local Agreements shall take effect upon ratification of the National Tentative Agreement/Addendum (NTA) and Local Tentative Agreement (LTA).
