Low Income Rent definition

Low Income Rent means the maximum allowable rent for a Low Income Unit pursuant to Section 2.2(b) below.
Low Income Rent means a monthly Rent amount not exceeding one- twelfth (1/12) of thirty percent (30%) of sixty percent (60%) of Median Income, adjusted for Assumed Household Size.
Low Income Rent means the maximum allowable rent for a Low Income Unit pursuant to Section 2.2 below.
