Assumed Household Size definition

Assumed Household Size means the household size "adjusted for family size appropriate to the unit" as such term is defined in Health & Safety Code Section 50052.5(h).
Assumed Household Size means one person in a studio apartment, two persons in a one-bedroom unit, three persons in a two-bedroom unit, and one additional person for each additional bedroom thereafter, unless a federal standard applicable to the development requires the use of a different assumed household size, in which case the federal standard shall apply.
Assumed Household Size means, (i) two persons for a one-bedroom Unit, and (ii) three persons for a two-bedroom Unit.

  • Subject to the provisions of Section 2.3 below, the Rent paid by Tenants of Forty Percent Units, shall not exceed one-twelfth (1/12th) of thirty percent (30%) of forty percent (40%) of Median Income, adjusted for Assumed Household Size.
