Loan Class definition

Loan Class means a Class 1A Loan, a Class 1B Loan, a Class 2A Loan, a Class 2B Loan, a Class 3A Loan or a Class 3B Loan, as applicable.
Loan Class means a Class 1 Loan, a Class 2 Loan, a Class 3 Loan or a Class 4 Loan, as applicable.

Examples of Loan Class in a sentence

  • No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Term Loans of any Existing Term Loan Class converted into Extended Term Loans pursuant to any Term Loan Extension Request.

  • Any Extended Term Loans of any Extension Series shall constitute a separate Class of Term Loans from the Existing Term Loan Class of Term Loans from which they were extended.

  • The Borrower shall provide the applicable Extension Request to the Administrative Agent at least five (5) Business Days (or such shorter period as the Administrative Agent may determine in its sole discretion) prior to the date on which Lenders under the applicable Existing Term Loan Class or Existing Revolving Class, as applicable, are requested to respond.

  • No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Term Loans of any Existing Term Loan Class exchanged into Extended Term Loans pursuant to any Term Loan Extension Request.

  • On the Closing Date, pursuant to the CREFI Trust Loan Purchase Agreement, CREFI shall receive, as partial consideration for its sale to the Depositor of 40% of the Mortgage Loan, Class VRR Certificates with an initial aggregate Certificate Balance of $4,284,000, representing approximately 40% (by principal balance) of the entire Combined VRR Interest as of the Closing Date (the “CREFI VRR Interest Portion”).

  • Any Extended Term Loans of any Extension Series shall constitute a separate Class of Term Loans from the Existing Term Loan Class from which they were converted.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Borrower may (i) prepay Term Loans of an Existing Term Loan Class pursuant to this Section 5.1 without any requirement to prepay Extended Term Loans that were exchanged from such Existing Term Loan Class and (ii) prepay Extended Term Loans pursuant to this Section 5.1 without any requirement to prepay Term Loans of an Existing Term Loan Class that were exchanged for such Extended Term Loans.

  • No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Term Loans of any Existing Term Loan Class converted into Extended Term Loans pursuant to any Extension Request.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Borrower may (i) prepay Term Loans of an original Term Loan Class pursuant to this Section 2.11(a)(i) without any requirement to prepay Extended Term Loans that were converted or exchanged from such original Term Loan Class and (ii) prepay Extended Term Loans pursuant to this Section 2.11(a)(i) without any requirement to prepay Term Loans of an original Term Loan Class that were converted or exchanged for such Extended Term Loans.

Related to Loan Class

  • Initial Class B Note Balance means $13,565,000.

  • Existing Class means any Existing Term Loan Class and any Existing Revolving Credit Class.

  • Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

  • Initial Class D Note Balance means $119,840,000.

  • Class E Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class E Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class E Notes.
