LNP Contract means, collectively, those certain agreements for Number Portability Administration Center/Service Management System between the Borrower, as successor in interest to Lockheed Xxxxxx IMS Corporation, and North American Portability Management LLC on behalf of each of Northeast Carrier Acquisition Contractor, LLC; Mid-Atlantic Carrier Acquisition Company, LLC; LNP, LLC; Southwest Region Portability Company, LLC; Southeast Number Portability Administration Company, LLC; Western Region Telephone Number Portability, LLC; and West Coast Portability Services, LLC.
