Examples of Linked Software in a sentence

  • Any Non-Linked Software purchased as part of a Bundle may be installed on a different OSE to the Linked Software but is still licensed for use on a single OSE only.

  • The Company specifically consents to Client Data being collected in this fashion and grants all necessary permissions to all Linked Software Providers to make such transfers of Client Data to the Company.

Related to Linked Software

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.
